What I Am Listening To: My Current Top 8 Favorite Podcasts

podcast what I am listening to

Over the past couple of years, I started listening podcasts here in there. Trying to find ones that I connected with or that impacted me in some way. After months of searching and hearing about various podcasts, I found a few that I really like. They all share something in common.

They all in some way, help me to better myself and improve my quality of life. Whether through a laugh, a scripture verse, tips about self-care or digging deep to help myself heal mentally. I hope you will find these to be of benefit to you as well.

1.Mayim Bialik’s Breakdown. If you are of a certain age, you may remember Mayim as the lead character of the TV series, Blossom, or perhaps more recently as a regular on The Big Bang Theory. But did you know that she is actually a super smart neuroscientist? For real!

The tagline for her podcast is: Welcome to my breakdown. Armed with a PhD in Neuroscience and plenty of personal experience, I’m breaking down mental health so you don’t have to. She and her guests discuss an array of topics but many if not all ultimatly relate back to mental health and wellness. I have learned a lot from this show.
