I’m Back…
It is May 2020 and I am restarting the Weight Watchers (WW) program. I had great success with the program last year (read my FULL review here) and was doing well, but then came holidays, one after another. Birthdays, one after another, and then the lovely Covid-19.
Between bad choices, stress eating, and quarantining, I have ended up gaining about 10 lbs of the 20 I lost last year. My IBS is not doing well (read more here) so I have decided to get back on the wagon in terms of my eating habits.
So May 2020…I’m beginning again. The WW program is actually very simple. It is all done on an app. It is customized and personalized to what is important to you and your likes and dislikes. I find the program to be very helpful and a way to keep me accountable and make better choices.
